Effective starting at the August 11, 2005 National Council meeting, the updated member Privacy Policy applies to all use of the League’s database and is as follows:

Member information will only be supplied from the League’s database for such use that is deemed “Official League business”. This would include, but not be limited to, use for the purpose of promoting/advertising National or Regional events or conventions, Star-parties organized or hosted by League Societies or members, or other National, Regional, or Local events controlled by the League, League members or League Member-Societies.

Information that could be shared includes mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.

This information is not to be shared outside of the League or with any non-League member or non-League member-society. Anyone requesting any League member information is informed of this privacy policy.

Members who wish that their information not be shared even in this limited and controlled manner, may elect to ‘opt-out’ of any such sharing by having their information, as submitted on roster updates provided to the National Office, marked accordingly in the “No-Advertising” column.
